Management

Management implements the guidelines issued by the Board of Directors regarding the establishment, maintenance, supervision, and regular monitoring of appropriate internal control processes.

Management is responsible for controlling, monitoring, and preventing AML/CTF risks within Astrantia. To that effect, it designates one of its members as responsible for the Compliance function with complete independence from the profit-oriented business activities, thereby taking the necessary precautions to guarantee Astrantia complies at all times with relevant legal, supervisory, and internal provisions.
