Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is Astrantia's governing body for strategic guidance, supervision, and control. It bears responsibility for the establishment, maintenance and regular monitoring of appropriate internal control processes. 

Our board members dispose of the necessary preconditions, in particular with regard to industry knowledge, experience and availability in terms of time. They structure their personal and business relations in such a way as to avoid conflicts of interest with Astrantia.
